3 common themes I identified with were social media, music, and video:

1.  Many of the websites I viewed had students who also used similar social media. I feel like social media is very popular among my generation as we are always posting our lives for our audience(s) of different sizes. It is just so convenient to have such a handy app on a tiny device, making it convenient for everyone to use. Of the specific social media I read, Instagram, Tiktok, and Snapchat were the most popular/common. Some classmates who use the social media as me are: Emily Ha, Priya Perali, and Feier Chen

2. Another common media that my fellow classmates use is music. The most common platforms to stream music are Spotify and Apple Music. I honestly didn't see any students who listened to the same specific artists at me, and I surprisingly did not see any students who put Country as a genre they listen to! However, I did not put Christian music as one of the genres I listen to and I definitely should've added that to my hierarchy of media list. Several classmates who use the same music streaming platform as me/similar genre of music are: Tommy Garriga, Connor Callan, and Ajinkya Malhotra

 

3. Finally, many students also put video as one of the media they use daily. While there were a variety of genres depicted, there were quite a few students who watched the same genres as me! This includes reality TV shows, comedy, and science fiction. There were actually a decent amount of movies and shows that I was like wow, I should've put that in my hierarchy of media (I just couldn't think of it at the time). Some classmates who enjoy the similar genre of movies and TV shows as me are: Kritika Dhakal, Matthew DeLorenzo, and Will Pasquarette
